8th session -we need good music!

We did about 2.5km in 75mins.

This must be a record of us, in terms of the speed!

Today, Koko was disorganised and forgot to bring Morgaina's favourite cushions.

We tried to use alternatives which Koko had in the car, but none of them worked well.

Koko now think, it might have been Morgaina's excuse to stop pedalling whenever she complained about the cushion setting. ;-)

Anyway, we survived in this extremely warm weather, at 2-3pm in the afternoon, when sunshine is the harshest in a day.

We did 5 laps of speed pedalling at first, then went into distance training, as usual.

Morgaina prepared some bliss balls as energy food. We installed a drink bottle holder and a snack holder and they worked fabulous! Ii really liked the way Morgaina helped herself to her snack until they all gone.

Another thing we have to prepare by next training, is music. Music really helps. But I have to make a playlist of our like. Today, we tried some youtube playlist called "best music for running motivation", but both of us did not like any of them..
