including:
- 75m speed pedalling x4
-ankle exercise
-distance training
As you see, the pace has been improved almost twice. it's because
- Morgaina used a cushion on her back this time.
- Koko kept on helping her with direction (instead of just being side on her wheelchair..)
We did 4 laps of speed pedalling and and ankle exercise, then continued to distance training of 800m x3.
Morgaina was extremely tired.
After 800m x2, "Um, I had enough" was Morgaina's words. But off course we kept on. It was a rainy windy day, just before we had a storm in Auckland.
Today's equipments:
-a cushion on back
-ankle-toe strap on right foot
-rubber holding system on steering unit
-drink-bottle holder
-umbrella
We still want to find out how to keep ankle deep on pedal, as it keeps on lifting up while pedalling.
