We did 2.5km in total. took us about 2hours.

average 2min = takes 25min for 1km = takes 3.5hours for 8.4km

end of the park to the other end x 1lap (900m):

took 34mins = takes 37mins for 1km = takes 5.5 hours for 8.4km!!

(we'll have lunch and afternoon tea on the course on event day..)

end of the park to the toilet and com back to the car (700m):

took about 27mins = takes about 37mins for 1km
