Plan
Here is Morgaina's training plan.
We have 13 weeks till Round the Bays (8.4km).
Our first goal is to be confident for pedalling 3km in 1 hour, before Christmas.
Then we will build up the distance up to 6.6km (about 75%), then do the best on the event day.
Considering Morgaina's current condition, doing too much will never be good.
I made a weekly training calendar for Morgaina so that she can fill it in each day to keep the record. I hope this will help us monitoring the process and aim for a big challenge.
